Help train the cat! ๐ฑ
Your browser simulates cat-game episodes for the neuroevolution trainer. No install - just press start.
โ ๏ธ Helping uses all your CPU cores while it runs - your device may get warm, the fans
may spin up, and other apps might lag until you press stop. Keep this tab in the foreground
for full speed (browsers slow down background tabs).

Devices currently contributing. sigma is each island's annealed mutation step - low means it is refining, high means still exploring. curriculum is its training difficulty level; a median drop right after a level bump is expected, not a regression.

champion lineage
Every champion that won its duel, newest first. record is the number it won on: the duel-verified score, with the score the beaten champion made on those same episodes in its tooltip - that column only ever moves up. batch score is a separate fresh batch measured afterwards, so it is NOT comparable between rows and a later champion can read lower. moving is the behaviour column that matters: a cat at 0% is camping, and kills alone cannot tell the difference.

human demos ยท queued for training
Runs a human played that beat the model on its own fitness terms. Evolution has no gradient, so a demo is not training data in the usual sense: it becomes an alternative fitness - match the human's action on the same frame - and the genome fitted to it competes from a tail slot like any other, never as a protected champion. match is how much of the run that genome reproduces; it has to beat the baseline an always-same-action net would score, or nothing is planted at all.
